We ship our premium products worldwide. Please review our shipping terms below:
1. Processing Time:
All orders are custom-printed and processed within 2-7 business days before shipping.
2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for Iceland & International Orders):
VALHANA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
For our customers in Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland: Please be aware that your local customs office may charge import VAT and handling fees upon delivery. While we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services where possible to minimize surprises, final charges are determined by local authorities.
